Yoga Styles

Yoga Yoga offers group yoga classes, open to the public, and individual classes for students of all ages and abilities. While the group setting is the most familiar and comfortable for most people, traditionally, yoga was taught one-to-one, teacher to student. Many of our most popular group class instructors are also available for Personal Instruction.

We encourage you to try a Beginners Series if you are stepping into yoga for the first time or look at our Yoga Class Schedule to find the right class for your ability level. Most public classes are all levels but some will require a certain level of experience to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
